Pokud \u017eena nen\u00ed schopn\u00e1 p\u00edt k\u00e1vu bez kofeinu, m\u011bla by vyb\u00edrat alespo\u0148 kvalitn\u00ed k\u00e1vu, a p\u00edt ji jen v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se \u017ee v\u0161eho moc \u0161kod\u00ed a v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed to plat\u00ed dvojn\u00e1sob, proto je lep\u0161\u00ed nezdrav\u00e9 v\u011bci nekonzumovat v\u016fbec a vyh\u00fdbat se i k\u00e1v\u011b. Naopak se pro podporu v\u00fdvoje plodu doporu\u010duje konzumace ovoce a zeleniny, \u010dist\u00e9 vody a d\u017eus\u016f. U nich je ale pot\u0159eba si d\u00e1t pozor na to, aby v nich nebylo velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru. Ani v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed ale nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba d\u011blat z k\u00e1vy stra\u0161\u00e1ka, kter\u00fd by d\u00edt\u011bti n\u011bjak ubl\u00ed\u017eil. Pokud si ji d\u00e1te t\u0159eba jednou za t\u00fdden a jen mal\u00fd \u0161\u00e1lek, nejsou obavy na m\u00edst\u011b. I na\u0161e maminky pily k\u00e1vu, a d\u00e1 se obecn\u011b \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee nem\u011bla na d\u011bti vliv.
